Almost every Apartment Complex, has a percentage of - Residents, who will:

• Encumber Common Property
• Fraudulently create title over Common Space
• Will not pay monthly & special - maintenance charges
• Will create nuisance by, multiple ways of:
  • Loud Noise at Avoidable hours;
  • Having leaking AC water damaging all over;
  • Not parking vehicles in proper manner;
  • Throwing litter all over;
  • Over loading elevators;
  • Leaving dogs unleashed;
  • Personal Staff using Residents private area;
  • Clothes covering Windows of residences below;
  • Uncontrolled Honking within Apartment Complex;
  • Doing Private Parties, with - Outside Guests at - Strictly for Residents area & multiple other violations, as defined in - Nature of Disputes.

Previous weapons were - tangible. Now is the era of innovation. There are multiple virtual weapons, to create uncontrolled stress. Loud Sound, at avoidable hours, being foremost. Just like chemically made slow poison, stress not only causes, injury & infirmity to Organs, but also kills.

And if - other residents (who are tuned to Civic way of life) or Office Bearers, try to correct the - Law Breaking Residents, these - Hooligans//Bullies, will go to any extent to justify their wrongdoings, which starts with, abuse and threats & in many cases (as also available in public domain) will indulge in - Physical fights with anyone, who dares restrain them, with their unlawfull acts.

Just like Criminal Gangs, these fraudulent law breaking residents, form a team and indulge in most such acts, which a Criminal Gang, indulges into.

Such destructive elements, work in close coordination and coverup, the wrongdoings of each other.

Furthur that such, white collared antisocials, wait for an opportuinity to raise a dispute and fight on it. This is a strategy to intimidate the peace loving residents, so that in future, none dares to question them.
